Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes! We want your shopping experience to be worry-free. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders nationwide in the Philippines.
How long does shipping take? Even though our technology is from Korea, we ship directly from our local warehouse in the Philippines.
- Metro Manila: 2–3 business days.
- Provincial: 5–7 business days.
Is there a delivery fee? Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Keep an eye out for our Free Shipping promos when you purchase our bundles!
Brand & Quality
Are BBB products made in the Philippines? No. BBB brings Premium Korean Technology to the Philippines. All our products are formulated and manufactured in Korea to ensure the highest global skincare standards, then made available locally for your convenience.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Absolutely. Korean skincare is world-renowned for being gentle yet effective. However, because intimate skin is delicate, we always recommend doing a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before full application.
Will these products feel sticky in the Philippine heat? Not at all! We specifically selected formulas like our "Powder-Finish" serum and "Pudding" creams because they are lightweight and fast-absorbing, making them perfect for our humid climate.

Is BBB Cruelty-Free and Vegan? Yes! We love our planet and our furry friends. All BBB products are 100% Cruelty-Free and Vegan. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients or test on animals.
Are your products "Clean"? We pride ourselves on "Honest Care." Our formulations are free from harsh additives like Sulfates, SLS, Silicones, Parabens, and Benzene. We focus on high-potency botanicals like Centella Asiatica, Chaga Mushroom, and Eggplant Extract.
Product Usage
How soon can I see results? Skincare is a journey! While some products like the Chillin’ Cooling Gel or Free-Zit! Mist provide instant relief, brightening and texture-smoothing products (like the Bikini Serum or Booty Cream) usually show visible results after 2 to 4 weeks of consistent, twice-daily use.
Can I use the scrubs on my face? We recommend using them as intended for the body. The Butt First Scrub is an "Extreme" formula for thicker skin, while the Booby-Licious Scrub is a "Soft" formula for the chest. For facial care, it’s best to use products specifically balanced for facial skin pH.
Can I use the products after waxing or laser treatments?
- For Cooling: The Chillin’ Cooling Gel is perfect immediately after hair removal.
- For Actives: For the Bikini Serum or Scrubs, we recommend waiting 24–48 hours after waxing or shaving to avoid stinging sensitive pores.
Returns & Support
What if I receive a damaged item? We take great care in packing your K-Beauty treats, but if your order arrives damaged, please message us immediately with a photo/video of the item, and we will arrange a replacement for you.
